Czár Milán e.v. is the controller for demo requests submitted through this website. Privacy enquiries: rdo@ux-studio.com.

Demo requests: purpose, data and legal basis

We use your name and email address to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo. The form cannot be submitted without them; providing them is not a statutory or contractual obligation. The company name is optional. You can also contact us by phone: +36 20 291 6550.

We also store the request language, submission time and unique identifier. We do not store IP addresses, browser identifiers or team size with demo requests. The details are stored in a database and included in a notification to rdo@ux-studio.com. A notification failure does not delete the saved request.

The legal basis is legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f): responding to the business enquiry you initiated and arranging the requested demo. We use demo details for this purpose, not for newsletters or other marketing campaigns. You may object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Retention and deletion

Demo requests have a retention period of 30 days from submission. The running website server deletes database records at least 30 days old on startup and hourly. Deletion therefore occurs at the next successful cleanup; downtime or errors can delay it.

The 30-day policy also applies to notification emails. Cleaning the mailbox, sent messages and trash is a separate operational task; the website does not delete these automatically. Provider backup retention is not synchronised with this database deletion.

Providers and recipients

The server is hosted by DigitalOcean in the Frankfurt (FRA), Germany region. The email provider is 3Gteam Kft. Hosting and email providers may process data stored with or transmitted through their services.

We use Google services for analytics. The Frankfurt server region alone does not mean that all provider processing takes place exclusively in the EU. Provider information: DigitalOcean, 3Gteam, Google.

Analytics and privacy settings

The website uses Google Analytics to measure traffic with Advanced Consent Mode. Analytics cookies are enabled only after acceptance, on the basis of consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). We do not request or grant advertising consent.

Cookieless measurement pings may still be sent to Google before a choice, after rejection and after withdrawal. Rejection therefore does not stop all connections to Google. Cookieless operation alone does not establish an exemption from consent.

Accept or reject using the displayed panel. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of consent-based processing before withdrawal. The choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. Permitted GA cookies have a configured lifetime of 30 days; accessible GA cookies are removed on withdrawal.

We do not add form details, email addresses or request identifiers to the website’s own measurement events. Measured page locations exclude query strings and fragments. Fonts load from our own website without Google Fonts connections.

Data of businesses using the service

Businesses using the service determine the use of their uploaded customer and staff data; RDO processes it on their instructions. Such records may include customer names, contact details, service and billing addresses, coordinates, notes, staff accounts, permissions, qualifications and calendars, and jobs, assets, routes and completion records.

The relevant business provides information about the purposes, legal bases and retention of this data. Direct rights requests concerning it primarily to that business. The 30-day demo-request period does not automatically apply to these records.

Your rights and complaints

You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing subject to the GDPR’s conditions. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation. Portability applies to automated processing based on consent or contract; it does not apply to demo enquiries processed on legitimate interests.

Send requests to rdo@ux-studio.com. Include the email used for the demo request to help identify it; do not send passwords. We may request proportionate additional verification where necessary. Requests are normally handled free of charge, without undue delay and within one month. Complex or numerous requests may require up to two additional months; we will explain any extension within the first month.

You may complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. In Hungary: Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). You may also seek a judicial remedy.
