1. Service provider

RDO is provided by Czár Milán e.v. Contact: rdo@ux-studio.com.

2. The RDO service

RDO is scheduling software for residential field-service teams. It supports customer and job management, customer coordination, route planning and recurring work in one system.

Planning uses team members’ calendars, starting locations and qualifications, customer addresses and configured service rules. Booking and confirmation links support appointment coordination with customers.

3. Requesting a demo

You can request a 20-minute demo on the website by providing your name and email address; the company name is optional. The demo introduces RDO by planning a real service day.

After receiving the request, we arrange a time by email. No credit card is needed to request a demo. You can also contact us by phone at +36 20 291 6550.

4. Onboarding and training

During onboarding, we help import customers and jobs and configure team members and service rules. Training is included in onboarding, with personal help from the founder.

5. Pricing

Published plans show the monthly subscription fee, included seats, additional-seat price and client limit. Prices are in EUR excluding VAT, with monthly postpaid billing and time-based proration. The 14-day trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions require explicit activation and can be cancelled at month end.

6. Data handling and contact
